Pleasant little cafe. Merlo coffee is one of my faves - can't go wrong. Lovely staff.

Beautiful breakfast - lovely atmosphere. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious, and reasonably priced. Great outdoor seating area with plenty of outdoor fans. Clean and hygienic areas to sit both indoors and outdoors. Will definitely return - thank you!

Loved meeting up with F&F this morning at this quaint, historic cafe. Service by Lynette was excellent. Food was fantastic! We had a bacon and egg toasted sandwich, cheese and ham croissant, burger, fish and chips, orange and poppyseed muffin, Tropical juices and various coffees. Everyone loved their meals. The burger and fish and chips looked very tempting. Lovely, homely vibe in the cafe with beautiful leafy surrounds.

From the start in booking for 7, calling to confirm that we would be undercover when it was raining and the staff had already sorted that out, to the delicious food courtesy of the new chef, the staff were friendly, helpful and made everything easy. And to top it off the poffertjes were to die for….. great place to catch up with friends or a quiet coffee.

Since the new manager has taken over, the food has really improved and especially the coffee. I used to refuse to go to this cafe which was ashame as it is right round the corner from where I live. Unfortunately, the coffee used to taste like dishwater to me. It has improved ten fold and we now enjoy a regular coffee here. It continues to have a lovely atmosphere as I love the outdoors under the trees. They have made some improvements to the inside as well, the place seems brighter (new coat of paint maybe). So if you are like me and were disappointed in the past, give it another go and make it a regular again

I ordered Eggs Benedict and it was cooked to perfection.
My coffee had a rich bean aroma and the flavour was sensational.
I highly recommend this Cafe for food and coffee and excellent prompt service from staff.
